I'll be entirely honest, the moment that had me most excited was the 'Romana reference' as it was entirely unexpected. And well, I'm me.

I understand your disappointment about the list of names only being new who companions - but on the other hand, that list was quite long enough for both of them to rattle off !
I loved the fact that Ten got everyone talking after disabling the entertainment system - but it was a very bleak PoV of humanity once the "monster" arrived...

Yes, they were. It was a strong cast -- and needed to be for such a closed set.
True, that's why I am pleased that all the principle female leads got mentioned.
Hopefully the forthcoming weeks will give a more positive light on humanity to balance it out.

It was a strong cast. I'd love to see more of DeeDee and Jethro (I play "Spot the potential companion" with unknown guest actors these days, ever since they snagged Freema to play Martha after her "audition" as Adeola !)
I confess I bounced when he said "TARDIS" on the end of the names !
I'm not counting on the positive light in future weeks - they've been written by Rusty after all !
