Anyone who tells you bad pain doesn't exist has probably never had a toothache. In my case, I think there is some infection, too, but I'll know for sure tomorrow. The cause? Probably a failed filling in a tooth that I had recently noticed (and commented to dentist about) had become more sensitive to hot and cold. So this was probably a while in

You know a sinus infection can irritate a tooth ache too....

Yeah, I've had that happen before. And I thought that's what was going on this time. That's why I went to doc first and got meds for sinus infection today. But when the *swelling* started in the lower jaw then I began to think something else might actually be going on... So we'll see. I'll get it checked out, but I suspect there is something amiss.
