By Odin's Eight Legged Horse!

I was VERY skeptical about this film, but on your suggestion I will check it out. I must say, I like my leading men a little more John Voight ala' Midnight Cowboy-ish but what the heck.

I usually like my leading men a little more lanky/dirty (Timothy Oliphant ala' Deadwood) and less pectorally copious myself but he was a perfect Thor. I think that Kevin McKidd would have done a really awesome job as the first choice for Thor but the dynamic would have been totally different.
The only problems I had with the flick were the hamfisted soundtrack (a little too try hard epic but I'm used to that with Kenneth's movies) and the final kiss between Hemsworth and Portman.
You'll totally know what I'm talking about when you see it.
On the whole, the movie is one of the best I've seen in the whole Marvel series. I hope you enjoy it!
And thanks for the awesome steampunk links, they are amazing!!
