I'm voting for the month extension, not because (though I am) pitifully behind and having trouble writing >> but because October is a really hard month for me, and I know I wouldn't be able to write a thing for the first week or two of it >>

I'm sure though that once I get back into the swing of writing (...and figure out my plot...) I'll be able to finish it by then! 8D;

LOL! I'm the opposite to you -- the last two weeks of October are really bad for me, and I want to finish my fic as soon as possible, by the original deadline if possible. But I know I probably won't so I voted for one week.

I still don't know how to end mine, orz. Good luck to you! :D

If you can finish your fic fairly soon though, it won't be too bad whenever the deadline ends up to! At least you'll have finished it in time XD

Ah, that's one of the hardest parts! I don't know how to even get beyond the beginning for mine, either ;~; Good luck, I hope you can get yours done! :Db

That's what I'm hoping for! And I can just use the rest of the time to edit/get a beta to check over it ;~: /paranoid.

I'm so annoyed at it because I can't kill anyone off either and that's usually a solution if I'm really desperate (can you tell?) How goes it so far? :O Do you have any of the plot fleshed out?

my fic is Jongminkey but it's also got a side helping of 2Min. as in, Jongminkey are together but so are 2Min and both pairings drive the plot. This is okay, isn't it, so long as I do have the ot3 there?

Does anyone have any tips for coming up with an ending/writing it out? Endings are so hard! What is everyone's process for it?

i usually have no idea how to end things. also i tend to run out of steam and just... rush things and try to wrap it up as fast as i can, which is Not Good, to say the least. :|

Oh dear, running out of steam is probably one of the biggest problems when it comes to endings, and I know how that feels! D:

IDEK the ending is one of the first things that came to me for my fic. so now i have a beginning and and ending and no real plans for how to connect to two. sigh! ;-;

ITT: things that get you moving on writing?

for me, i can never write without music, so i plug in earbuds and go at it. and i HAVE to listen to fast, upbeat stuff like bonamana and super girl and recently, beautiful hangover and 4 minute's huh. slow stuff doesn't work for me... unless i'm writing porn, then i just put heartquake on repeat lmao.

sometimes music works for me, but mostly i need absolute silence. :|

and lately i have been obsessed with Like a G6 which is UNHELPFUL because i really can't write to trance/hip-hop music. and yet i can't stop listening to it.

i had to google Like a G6 >_> but lmao that is like one of the types of music that i have to listen to if i want to write :3

I always have to have music playing to write, too. But it has to be music in a foreign language (or I'm listening to the words and not concentrating) and I am the OPPOSITE of you, I need to have slow, beautiful music playing, and it can only be one song, kept on constant loop (this is how I sleep, too, hmm...) Usually it's either a song by Nell, MOT, or Onitsuka Chihiro, depending on what kind of mood I'm trying to evoke in my fic.

Also, sometimes I forget how to write fanfic lately, so I need to go away and read good fic, to remind me how to do so >>
