Great scene dear - I never did like Mike and I agree with Tony's stand on it. I'd be gone in a moment too if my Gibbs settled for being someone else's second.

I can't stand him either. Unfortunately, after writing this Gibbs brought Mike back in season six, and I still haven't figured out how to deal with that. But it made such an excellent explanation for the mustache vanishing.
