Thanks, Risie! I'm a firm believer in the power of prayer, so I really appreciate that.
I'm not as worried today as I thought I'd be. I'm trying to be optimistic, and confident that they'll find there is no tumor (particularly since they never actually saw anything yesterday), then I will feel better that they've checked it out, but the next couple weeks until I go back to the doctor and he confirms that are going to be a bit scary. At least I'll have all that delicious reading on your pages to keep me distracted until then.
At least you're getting it checked out soon and they're not wasting time hanging around.
Thanks, Nick! I think that was kind of the doctors' plan in scheduling the MRI even though they couldn't see anything with the tests they could do in office. This should give a definite answer and I won't still be wondering ten years from now what caused the shift in my vision.
I can't afford to let my eyesight go bad ... I've got all those DVD's you've sent and the ones you're still working on to watch, and all those glorious pics you post for our viewing pleasure, not to mention London to see again in a few months and Equus after that.
I'm sure I won't really "know" anything until I go back to my eye doctor on May 21st, but I'll keep you posted on what I find out.
