I'd never heard of Black Friday before yesterday - is this a yearly thing? The madness sounds like January 1st, which is when most of the sales over here kick off.

Black Friday has been a "tradition" here ever since I can remember, although it's one I try to avoid most years. The day after Thanksgiving has always been when most people seem to start their Christmas shopping, probably because most people (other than the ones working in retail) get Thanksgiving Day and the day after off as work holidays.

Yeah, but the trouble with having kids is that they typically give you grandchildren at some point ... and that means you will once again have reason to return to TRU.

LOL! I would have real doubts, except that most people we know say she looks just like I did 20 years ago. I guess she got her uptightness from her Dad's side of the family.
