I decided last week that I wanted a new bustle for the Easter Picnic.  I know, I'm somewhat crazy.  But.  I look at it this way.  It was rainy all week, and it's unseasonably warm still.  Realistically, I don't have a cool bustle dress that doesn't have a train on it.  My sheer (lovely and cool), has a train.  My linen, has a train...
