Slips then Goes Boom-Boom Fall Down
So I was talking on the phone last night and slipped on my beautiful wood floor and slammed my knee into said beautiful wood floor. That's one way of removing 2 layers of skin from the knee. Unfortunately this is the same knee I had surgery on about 8 years ago and it gets quite fussy after such moments. The scar didn't appreciate losing two layers ( Read more... ) -
Ode to Saturday
Was looking forward to a nice laid back Saturday, get out and about a bit. However, my body had other plans which included a bad headache for which none of the usual remedies were able to cure. So I spent most of the day on the sofa thinking...ow....ow....ow...

Oh What A Good Day!
Well got up this morning and felt good. Got dressed up in a nice grown up outfit of slacks, silk shirt and my cute low heel black ankle strap shoes. Put on pearl studs and even put on some make up (GASP!)I even got compliments today about my long eyelashes - if only those suckers would curl.
