It has been a weekend full of adventure and glorious mayhem... for us and the cats and everyone we encounter. One important thing is that I've been carefully monitoring the progress Ms. daphnep has made in her apartment decorating and settling in, and I've been most-impressed by how quickly the bare canvas of an empty apartment can bear the distinctive

the bubble car rocks. i love how it flies backwards if you use the missile launcher while you're hovering. won't do THAT again!

I DID notice the coat even before reading, "notice the corduroy coat...?" It is absolutely fabulous and I want you to send it to me immediately.

About once a month I think about how nice it would be to live in a city like Philadelphia with such a rich arts scene.

Then i read entries like this where folks mention that they need a corduroy coat in May and I walk out my door to a beautiful day in ATL where it's 81 with a breeze and I think maybe I'll stay a little longer. ;-)
