She really shouldn't. She doesn't know how. She was made manager when the doctors fired our off-site manager, something like a month after I was hired. She's never done it before. And she doesn't like confrontation. So what happens is, she stows up all these little transgressions without ever telling us we're committing them, and then explodes when it gets to be too much, and throws out all the other instances as examples of how many times we've disregarded a particular policy when nine times out of ten, it was a policy we didn't know existed, and that one other time? It was a policy she'd told us we could ignore!
It's very frustrating. And perhaps just another sign that it's time to figure out what I really want to be doing with my life--'cause it sure ain't this--and take the appropriate steps to do so.

They don't deserve you, I'd say. You just take care of you! Maybe have a doctor check out your head, if you still have symptoms (beyond mild pain)...
