Well, none of the jobs I was holding out for have come through, and since I'm just about penniless I'll be on the move shortly, back toward the Calabasas/Los Angeles zone of pain. If we didn't live half a continent apart, I could have mentioned the snake to my parents' neighbors, since they have a history of taking in several exotic household animals, but this is unfortunately not the case. I used to have a community connected to local pet rescue, but I can't seem to find it right now.

I'm hoping that you won't have to move all the way back in, or at least, not for long. :-/

I know someone who would be very interested. She has other exotics, loves snakes and would find that one very cool. The problem is that she lives in Colorado I believe. I will pass on the images to her if that is ok. Perhaps something could be worked out.

Hmm… Colorado may be difficult, as I'm transportationally impaired and I can't really bring Snakes on a Plane (or a bus or a train). But feel free to pass it along to her. Ideally I hope for someone I can keep in touch with.

Yeah, I figured the distance would be a problem. Also turns out they are in Michigan not Colorado. Oh well. I'll keep an eye out for someone who needs a companion such as this.
