Every year, the town that Arthur and Eames lived in had an event called "Pastels on the Plaza." While it had evolved past pastels on the concrete, it now included all types of art; chalk drawings, people working on canvases in the green rounded plaza in the center of town.

Arthur had always wanted to attend 'Pastels on the Plaza' since he'd heard about it. This was the first year he had gotten the chance to attend and he was thoroughly enjoying every minute. It was inspiring to see what artists and participants were coming up with and creating on the concrete.

Ever since his talk with Eames, he had made a point of researching Alphonse Mucha. He had become very interested in the work and pleasantly surprised to come upon someone working on a near exact replica of Salome. From the back, Arthur couldn't make out the artists face but appreciated his fine backside for a moment.

"It's very impressive," he said with a smile. He stood far enough away to not crowd the artist in what he was doing.

Eames knew when someone was watching him - instinct honed by years of his work before being a teacher - but he still jumped slightly when he realized it was Arthur's voice. Well, that only added to the effect that he was a mild mannered teacher, didn't it?

He sat up and turned, looking at Arthur with his body twisted towards him. "You sneaky brat," he said, but it was said with a wide smile and an amused tone. "Thank you, though. I see you've been looking up Mucha, then?"

Arthur's eyebrows shot up when he realized that a) it had been his professors ass he had been checking out (very fine ass at that), b) shit, he looked good and oh, c) he had just called Arthur a brat. Arthur gave Eames a wide grin and laughed. "Not sneaky if the man I'm watching is too entranced in his work," he teased.

He looked over the work so far and nodded. "I have. He has wonderful work. I especially liked this one." He knelt down next to Eames. "Looks near perfect."

Thankfully Eames didn't know that Arthur was looking at his ass, but he smiled as his student knelt down next to him.

"It's a bit interesting to recreate it in pastel, considering it's a different medium but it's coming out well. I'm glad you're enjoying Mucha, too. Going to talk about him at the art meeting then?" He teased.
