i discovered a marvelous instance of a FWP (First World Problem) today on yahoo, the source for articles on all sorts of first world problems. it's been a bit of a rough weekend. I found out Friday night that a girl I volunteer with was murdered by her boyfriend on new year's day. her funeral was Friday, and i'm really upset about it. I liked her from the moment I met her. she was kind and friendly and brave. i don't think she had a mean bone in her body. she will be sorely missed.
