[Loss of sight, panic! Open to Dragons and anyone at the mansion]

Okay. Losing your sight in the Nexus isn't fun. He stumbled around the Nexus for awhile, shooting his zaps away and cursing outloud in another language in the middle of his panicking, until he fell into a portal leading back to the mansion. Landing right on his back.

"Where am I?! Cho de!!" he yelled at particularly nobody or anything, as he tried

Aristotle came out of his study, emerging into where Lightning was.

"My lad, what has happened?!"

Well, he didn't exactly want to see the old man after what had happened, but he was grateful that somebody was there to find him. "I cannot see!! I was in the Nexus, gas showed up out of nowhere, and ARG!!" he yelled, still rubbing at his eyes. Which irritated them more than helping, but Lightning was desperate to try everything he could think of.

"Calm down son!" He says, running up to him and attempting to put his hands on Lightning's shoulders. "You've been affected by one of that place's curses! Just calm down, and we can rationalize this!"

"How can we rationalize this?! I am blind!! I was not blind a moment ago and now I cannot even see where I am going!" Lightning shouts, still in a panic, but Aristotle was successfully able to put his hands on his shoulders to get him still, and he squeezed his eyes closed and balled both of his hands up into fists.

Ophelia, dangling upside down from one of the trees by her legs, almost fell when she heared Lightning yelling. She pulled herself up on the branch with her arms, and quickly climbed down the tree, running towards him. "Lightning! What happened?!" she called.

"I cannot see, Ophelia!" He felt lucky that someone he recognized was there; he certainly didn't want a stranger to stumble upon him. "I was in the Nexus and now I cannot see where I am!!"

"You can't see..?" she asks quietly. That was a terrifying thought to her, suddenly losing your sight. She frowned a bit at first, and kneeled down next to him. "Did.. did someone DO this to you?" Her voice does hint a bit on the angry side when she says this. He didn't look hurt, but she wasn't sure this was an LOL. It seemed so.. so cruel.

"This strange thing in the Nexus did this to me!! He had something set up! I pulled a lever, and this GAS hit me in the face, and now I cannot see!" he explained, both angrily and a bit scared about what was going on. Was this a Nexus LOL or was this going to be permanent.

"Calm," Corey spoke softly. "Let's see what happened."

"Calm?! In a situation like this?! Put a sock in it!!" Lightning snapped at Corey, still flailing a bit on his back before getting to his feet.

Without wanting to, or realizing why - Corey found himself removing his boots, and yanking a sock off to stuff into his mouth. "Mmf-...mffurl!" Which is mufflese for 'the bloody hell?!'

Lightning couldn't see what Corey did, or else he surely would have laughed his ass off at wwhat Corey just did. But he did hear the muffling. "WHAT?! What did you say?! Do not tell me my other senses are going on me!" he said; now panicking over something new.

Silvermane's silver eyebrows shot upward in alarm when she saw Lightning fall onto the mansion's property with a thump. It looked like it hurt, and he seemed to be in a state of panic.

Aristotle and Ophelia were already by his side, but she still approached, knelt down beside him, and asked, "W-what's wrong, Lightning? That fall l-looked like it um...hurt."

"It is not the fall I am concerned about--I cannot see!" he said, "I came into the Nexus just fine and now I cannot see anything!!"

Silvermane gently patted his shoulder. "Um...well, i-it sounds like someone in the Nexus had a very mean sense of humour. B-but the good news is that Nexus LOLs don't seem to last very long."

She raised an eyebrow as she looked at Corey, sock stuffed in his mouth. "And um...Corey has a sock in his mouth. Your h-hearing's just fine if you can hear me okay."

"This better be what it is--I cannot go about normally if I am like this for the rest of my life!" he stated, rather annoyed with his state and after he realized (up above with Aristotle) that it's nothing but a Nexus LOL.

And he sighed with relief when he heard her talk and hear that Corey just put a... sock?! If Lightning wasn't too busy panicking over this, he would have laughed at Corey about now.
