It's got so many pulp romance tropes. It's like reading a timetravel fic - burly scottish lord and English sadist, virgin love interest who is amazing at sex suddenly, some good self-insert and lots of shirt ripping. My holidays are coming up soon, we should watch this or some Cale together :)
