One week down, twelve to go!
And I'm already hooked on P90X - some days, like Chest & Back or Plyometrics days....I feel like a wimp....but I love the challenge. I'm sore, understandably, considering how "extreme" this workout program is. And I'm doing my best to stick to the recommended diet, but I have such a hard time putting more protein in my diet. I know I featured this on MySpace and Facebook, but I wanted to put it in a blog as well, just in case no one I know has seen this yet. It's really incredible and I think it would be great to show at a youth lock-in sometime.
