I went to my parent's for Thanksgiving. I left on Wednesday around 2 and didn't come back till Sunday around 7:30pm (and I loved every minute of it).

First mile was slow b/c it was very congested. The race had a record 1200 runners in little McAllister Park in San Antonio.

I finished packing around 11:30 last night. I was trying to watch basketball and pack. Somehow in the middle of all that, I cleaned my bike, and boy was it dirty!!!!!

I was going to run this morning, but figured since it's going to be so nice later on, I'll run whenI get to my parent's :)

4 years ago, when I was just a runner I ran the same race in 29:50. For the past four years I thought I was getting slower, but this past 6 months I've found I am getting faster and yesterday's race proved it. Yippee for me!!

Dad and Denis (my brother) did the Turkey Trot too, 53 minutes and I ran in with them.
