A letter I had the misfortune to have to send.

On Tuesday 28th March, between 11:15 and 11:45 pm, while staying at the Hilton at Wembley, I came down to Reception to get some milk. At this time, I had the misfortune to witness some very poor behaviour by a security guard, towards other guests staying at the hotel

I agree that there are various ways of asking people to move location ... but he went way the wrong way.

Good thing you have brought this up, as maybe even other staff have been intimidated in the past

Possible I suppose. Though I suspect they may have thought "all those young people are making the place look untidy!"
