Totally agree. Most of those who have spoken out aren’t huge stars and haven’t gone one to do anything of significance. It’s the kiss of death to complain about someone for them. But I’m glad more people have said something - if nothing else than to make people think about how they treat artists on set.

So it's good that they've decided to speak out, and we'd be doing them no favours by deserting the fandom, just because of one man. Yes, Yes, Yes!

Deserting the fandom and shows because of one man would be a disservice to the cast, that worked hard on the show and in many cases suffered for their art at the hands of the one man.

I completely agree. Joss was God for a good long while, and it hadn't been until fairly recently that his star power has begun to wane. Whereas a lot of these actors were either dependent on him for their next job, or dependent on not being seen as a whistleblower in order to get their next job. I'm just glad the culture of silence seems to be dying. Slowly, but still beginning to die.
