I'm staying all caught up on Lost and Battlestar Galactica, even though I strongly resent doing this whole week-by-week thing. DVD is the way to do it, but it's rough when your shows are so popular that the entire Internet (not to mention everyone you know in meatspace) won't shut up about it, and both shows rely so heavily on being seen spoiler-

as I assume you've figured out, studfinders are cheap and easy to find. studfinders that actually do their job, not so. I recommend going the parental route. I effing hate my (cheap but easily found) studfinder.
