So. A month ago or so I discovered that a LOT of my music was doubled up, a casualty of the WMP to iTunes conversion, so I kept the iTunes library and deleted the WMP library, quick, easy, painless solution to the doubling, right

There are a ton of programs out there to pull music off an ipod -- I had to do this when my HD crashed some time back. If you google for it, you'll turn up approximately a million with various bells and whistles.
