So. A month ago or so I discovered that a LOT of my music was doubled up, a casualty of the WMP to iTunes conversion, so I kept the iTunes library and deleted the WMP library, quick, easy, painless solution to the doubling, right?
....WRONG. 9_9 As it turns out, about two thirds of it all WASN'T doubled up, and was consquently deleted. REAL MEN OF GENIUS here, only, you know, a girl. T_T
Some of it I have on CD, somewhere. But everything I downloaded, got from friends, or otherwise do NOT have a CD backup of (not counting what I've burned, and a lot of what I really liked I did burn so I could car-listen) is gone. Some of the not-on-CD stuff is on my iPod, but iTunes won't pull things off the iPod to put onto the computer.
...T_T and we all know how much FUN it is to rip a lot of music. Gods.
genius,
