Especially rude ones.

I was at the Shanghai Center after another pointless meeting at the office, and was waiting in line. At the next register, all I could hear was an American (or possibly Canadian - we all sound alike y'know ^^) snapping at the poor cashier for her 'inefficient bag filling', 'slow service' and more. Then he did what I think is ( Read more... )

i see harry, ron, hermione, the twins (fred and george), draco, colin, maybe sirius and remus?, lee jordan... and i have no idea who the blond on the left bottom corner is.

Lee Jordan was a good guess (though I was going for Dean ^^) and the blonde is supposed to be Seamus (based on fandom Seamus wherein everyone seems to depict him as blonde - not sure why...).

Everyone else, you got!

I know what you mean about the foreigner.. I cringe if I'm travelling, and someone is speaking LOUD and SLOWLY in English, like a non- English speaker will understand that...!!!

... or if they complain that things are better in New Jersey...

makes me just want to cringe.

I know - what is it with people thinking that LOUD and SLOW = instant comprehension?

....Jersey....*snickers*

That is a cute picture! Rude tourists always make me cringe. I've had no few experiences with that type.

Living in a town that caters to tourists is just bad - at least we don't have to deal with the language difficulties. You'd think the businesses would clue in that most tourists are here for a couple of weeks, and it's the locals that keep their businesses afloat in the off-season.I just want to hibernate in my home from 24th May to Thanksgiving.

LOL - I'm glad I live in a town that's not exactly known for tourism - well, in Canada anyway. The worst I've ever had to put up with was the tourists we would see in Niagara Falls.

I totally get the hibernation thing. I used to do it during CHinese New Year. :)
