WHY IS THE RUM GONE?!

Did the coffeemaker in the teacher's lounge just...explode?

And now there's coffee everywhere. Along with plastic and metal shards.

Someone please tell me I'm not cleaning this up. I just walked in! I swear, I have nothing to do with it!

And so ends the first day.

Been a while since I've been back to the Big Apple. Nothing's changed, of course. I guess I wasn't too sure what I had been expecting. In fact, now that I think about it, I'm not sure why I came up here in the first place. Originally I'd thought....

Bah. No sense in getting maudlin. Might as well enjoy this as much as I can.

How I've gotten through this week so far with my sanity and good humor still intact, I have no idea.

However, I'm beginning to fear whatever will happen for Friday.

Hmm. I'll probably not be going back north for Christmas.

This is going to be the first year I'm spending the holidays alone. Any suggestions on where to go or what to do in Alexandria?

Secret Santa? Very much appreciated. In fact, I'm surprised that I'm actually on the list, considering I'm something of a late arrival.
