When the hallucinations wore off, Morpheus was left with a pure, focused edge of killing intent. He had hated the labs with every fiber of his being. Luckily for him, it was finally safe to make his move. Eszett was gathering for the ritual, they would have no time to hunt him down before their destruction.

He had found all the PINpoint coordinates he would need long beforehand. They were all programmed in. He drew his gun with his right hand and held the PINpoint in the left, flipping to the first of his destinations and triggering it.

"Hello, Dominic."

"Morpheus! What's this? Some new manifestation of your abilities?"

"Not at all. I'd explain, but it would do you little good," Morpheus commented, looking at the man who had brought him to Rosenkreuz and handled most of his mental training. He really hadn't aged very well at all, had he? He felt the brush of Dominic's mind and smiled coldly, walling him out.

"Your shields..."

"Oh yes. I found someone to fix those for me," Morpheus purred, lifting his gun and firing in one smooth movement. The bullet took Dominic in the head, blowing his brains out before he could recover from the surprise. Morpheus took a moment to savor the sight before switching coordinates and triggering his PINpoint again. Even if Dominic hadn't contacted anyone, there were too many telepaths around here to expect his death to go unnoticed.

The labs were next, and Morpheus didn't bother with his gun. He only had so many bullets on him, and why waste them with so many sharp objects conveniently lying around? Morpheus wasn't particularly strong, but he was quick and agile and had perfect balance. His training had taken advantage of that. He went through the labs like a whirlwind of blades, killing the scientists with their own scalpels. The blood showed brilliantly crimson against the paleness of his clothes, skin, and hair.

The test subjects he killed as a mercy.

The alarms were beginning to ring as he dug out his PINpoint again, and he laughed. Someone must have found Dominic's body. That or one of the scientists had had time to hit a button. Too late. Far too late.

One last stop. He readied his gun again as he hit the button to take him to the punishment complex. To the room of the Head of Discipline. He was on his way out the door, responding to the alarms. The man died before he had time to register the intruder, and Morpheus spat on his body.

Morpheus returned to the Nexus, white and crimson, smiling darkly. He took a deep breath and put his gun away. He would head back to his apartment soon to shower, change, and start packing, but for now he just basked in the memories of what he had done.

((OOC note: Anyone who wants to drop by and find post-killing Morpheus is welcome.))
