Awesome idea! I just put up my "traditional" Thanksgiving tacos on my blog. Great minds and all that. :)

Not sure if it's traditional, but I made white pizza with my leftover turkey. I used the moister dark meat, sliced onions, pre-made mini-crust, ranch dressing and the only shredded cheese in the fridge.

I wish I could figure out what to do with the ham.
