I've been on a huge buffalo wing sauce kick, I can't seem to get enough of the flavor. What are some of your favorite trashy meal or snack ideas involving it?

I bought a jar of that Archer Farms Buffalo/blue cheese dip. The blue cheese flavor was slightly overpowering, but it wasn't too bad.

4 boneless chicken breasts - boiled & shredded
1 cup Mazarotti's or Marie's Blue Cheese OR Ranch dressing (sold in refrigerated vegetable section, not in dressing aisle)
¾ cup of wing sauce (Texas Pete or Wing Time)
2 bars of cream cheese (softened)
Splash or two of hot sauce or Tabasco (or however much you want!)
melted butter (about a tablespoon)
breadcrumbs
Tostitos scoops

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix above ingredients together (except for butter & breadcrumbs) & place in a casserole dish. Melt butter & mix in enough breadcrumbs to soak up the butter - place butter/ breadcrumb mixture on top of chicken mixture. Cover & place in oven. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until it's heated all the way through & the sides are a little bubbly. Serve w/ Tostitos scoops. (FYI - for those watching carbs - it's also good served w/ celery).

It is SO good. I make it with Marie's ranch as I prefer that to bleu cheese but either way? It's WAY yum.

This is also freaking amazing with those triangle-shaped triscuit crackers (not the square ones that are like eating a pizza box).

Buffalo tofu "steaks" arallara October 17 2010, 17:39:32 UTC
I like to make buffalo tofu. Press a cube of tofu to get more water out, cut it into 1/4-inch thick slabs, dry them, dredge them in seasoned cornstarch (paprika, garlic powder, etc.) or just sprinkle with some seasoning, fry and turn in shallow hot oil until crispy golden brown. Quickly drain and blot on paper towels and then dump in a bowl of buffalo sauce and let sit for a couple minutes. You can either eat them right away, which is super yummy in a fresh/hot kind of way, or you can then bake them in a medium/low oven until they get a little chewier and crispier. They are also delicious put on an actual grill until brown and crispy. OMG SO GOOD.

I'm on the same kick. I like to make tater tots and when theyre almost done but the hot sauce on and let it cook in and then dip in bleu cheese dressing. i also like the morning star buffalo nuggets dipped in the same sauce mmm.

Yeeessss!! I do the same thing with the leftover buffalo sauce when I make the buffalo tofu steaks with it. Perfect on tater tots!

I wish the Morningstar buffalo nuggets were less chicken McNugget-like and more restaurant-style boneless buffalo wing-like. Gardenburger used to make really good buffalo wings that came in a packet of sauce, so the wings themselves were kind of crispy/chewy but drenched in the sauce--sooooo good!! Maybe they still make them, but I only ever saw them in the Boston area about 5-6 years ago.
