As usual, I am having a food crisis and look to TQC's impeccable tastes to make my decisions for me.

I am definitely serving ham and homemade mac and cheese for Easter dinner.  Everything else at this point is up in the air.  What other combination of sides should I serve?

the PA state legislature has decided to raise minimum wage 2 bucks an hour by July 2007.
