Disorganized fun!

La la la.

It’s 1:30AM and I want to be goofy and silly and savor the last hours of the weekend.

Maybe I’ll just stay up until morning listening to the songs from Life on repeat. Yes, they are that good. I want to marry whoever chooses the songs for each episode, especially because each song works so well for the emotional signature of every ( Read more... )

Sounds good to me! I just did heroes_alerts, but I wasn't having massive amounts of inspiration about where else to go...

That sounds good to me; I dropped a note at femslash_today, and I could go ask the mods at Claire/Niki and Niki/Jessica if they want to affiliate.

I am halfway through this post but I have to tell you:
1. I am totally adding your new comm even though I am not usually a femslash person, because I AM BRANCHING OUT OK.
2. True love waits 400 years to murder your father. is so amazing it might have to end up somewhere on my LJ. HI TINHEART. APPARENTLY YR AWESOME.
3. FACE-CRADLING! *strangely delighted*

1. \o/ BRANCHING IS GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH. IF YOU'RE A TREE. SHUT UP, IT'S ALMOST THREE IN THE MORNING.
2. RIGHT? RIGHT? I almost killed her for being so funny, and I'm a pacifist, damnit.
3. I had the same reaction! I'm not even a Hayden or Kristen fan, but that's still so precious. *puts them in her pocket*

1. I AM TOTALLY A TREE. OR SOMETHING. Also, I think I'm gonna write a f/f prompt for a sesa I'm doing. IT'S WACKY.

3. I am so not an actorfan, generally. Like, man. Actors are boring. But this cast. I regularly paste stuff to my BFF and then am like "OH MAN. THIS MUST'VE BEEN WHAT LOTRIPS WAS LIKE."

1. COME TO THE DARK SIDE. WE HAVE SELF-LUBRICATION AND PRETTY TOENAILS.

3. Actors usually bore me, too. I find the fandom reaction to actors often more entertaining than the actors themselves. But this cast, WHAT THE FUCK, CAST. They make their jobs look fun, which is the biggest compliment I can ever give an actor off the set.

You made a Heroes femslash comm after all. Which I'm absolutely going to join!

True love waits 400 years to murder your father.

This is kind of romantic, in some strange twisted way....

Ali Larter has ridiculously pretty eyes. I suspect Heroes uses this shamelessly at every opportunity.

Yeah, whenever I make a post about how I'm not going to do something, it's my way of saying, "Look! I made a token effort a protesting!" *g*

Isn't it, though? Hiro/Kensei had some major 'shippy vibes going on. It would be hard to care about getting revenge on someone after four hundred years if you didn't love them, I think. (And Heroes has shown us through Mohinder/Sylar that father-killing is really just a misguided form of affection).

She really does. I hope they keep doing it, because I can't get enough of her eye shots. Milo's got some nice ones on him, too, that they also got some fantastic zoom-ins of during the pilot.

"Look! I made a token effort a protesting!"

Lol, I've done that, sort of 'someone please stop me! Or y'know do this so I don't have to!'

Hiro/Kensei was so cute and full of possibilities, though I think I've changed allegiances a little (possibly just as long as it takes them to meet again, I'm ridiculously fickle.) But yes, the whole 'I'm going to kill your father but it doesn't mean I don't love you' is becoming a bit of a staple for Heroes fanon.

They have been doing some lovely zoom-in's lately, especially with Milo (it doesn't help that Ali's eyes are at their best when she's smiling, something she doesn't get to do much at the minute.) Though I have to admit when the high res promo shoots were floating around I was insisting that everyone had lovely eyes.

Oh, God, me, too. Heroes is the show of a thousand pairings, for me, just because all it takes is most of these characters to come into proximity and they'll be having sex in my head.

I miss Ali's smile. It's so very lovely. It really transforms her whole face and lights it up. <3

Oh... hey.

New femslash community to spy on, then. *laugh* YAY. Though I still haven't gotten to watching Heroes. Or Life, for that matter, because isn't that Carmen?

Hooboy. Face-cradling.

:D I'm hoping we'll get some good stuff posted. I feel really self-conscious being the first person to post stuff there. *scuffs feet into ground*

I think it's Carmen. I always get her character names mixed up. The actress' name is Sarah Shahi, I think. And, damn, but she looks good in her aviators and detective pants (I don't know what detective pants are, but I'm going to call them that anyway *g*).

If that ain't affection, I don't know what is.

Aw, poo. I know the Heroes fandom is practically ginormous so there's gotta be femslash fans out there. In fact, I recognize a name in the list posted. Although I technically don't stalk anyone, I do check fembuck's eljay once in a while because she has amazing fic and is very witty. *laugh* Plus her picspams of hot are totally worth it.

Ha, no need to be self-conscious. It kinda is your community, right? So you can spam it all you want. *grin*

Yeah, Sarah Shahi, that's the one. Shane's almost-wife, right? Or something. They were hot together. And, heck, I got this thing for detectives in detective-pants. Hello, Olivia Benson and Sofia Curtis, much?

Mmm, yeah. RPFS is always fun.

That's my line of thinking! I know they're out there, and I hope at least a few of them are feeling as enthusiastic about it as I am.

Oooh, picspams. I cannot resist good picspammage. *clicks over to go look*

So you can spam it all you want.
Haha, in theory! But I get nervous about even spamming my own journals. >.> <.<

Shane's almost-wife, right?
Yup yup. There's a woman she's pretty femmeslashy with on the show, too, at least in the episodes I've seen; I still need to catch up on the most recent ones.

True love waits 400 years to murder your father.

I feel so tempted of making that an icon.

Also, Mo is so pretty. Too pretty. I don't think he's even human, he's... supergorgeous, that's his power.

And thanks for that X-Men link, it's really interesting *__* Scott is not my favourite character, but with Whedon, all the bad writing in these last years was just washed away *__*

Hee, you should! It would make a good one, because it's so true. XD

I don't think he's even human, he's... supergorgeous, that's his power.
Ahahaha, yes, I think you've nailed it on the head. HE HAS THE BEST POWER OF ALL.

Yeah, none of the guys in X-Men are really my favorite characters; I have a soft spot for them all, but it's usually the women that interest me.
