i watched the first episode four times already and only guessing the medical terms (especially the complications during the surgery scenes) through images and what they do in the movie. So this report is really helpful to understand more of the story. Thank you so much for sharing. ^^

I think Saeki is the real bastard since the way Tokai soured when his mother said how happy his father would (was) to know he is under Saeki-sensei. Wonder what had happened between Saeki and Tokai senior, and what happened between Saeki and Tokai sensei. I can't wait for more from this series.
