Have you tried Persad for their resources? I haven't lived there in about 8 years, but they are a good point of reference for most things trans.

Good luck.

Seconding this, I've dealt with them recently and they're awesome.

I actually was on the phone with them earlier today. They recommended Metro Family Practice, which was what I was looking at anyway :)

FYI, your choices are not limited to endocrinologist. Other types of doctors can prescribe hormones, just not all will be willing to do so. It's worth asking and calling around. I used a GLBT medical referral organization, then asked for a recommendation from any dr's that couldn't see me. I found a new family doctor in about three phons calls.

I vote for Dr. Martin Seltman or Dr. Katherine Patterson. Both of them are very trans friendly, and are active in the GLBT community. I have known many many people who have gone to them over the years and everyone is happy. It's also pretty close to the busway.

I talked to Persad, they recommended Metro Family Practice as well, specifically Dr. Seltman. Although, I have some trust issues around men, so I'm probably going to see Dr. Patterson instead. She's in her office on Wednesdays, so I'm going to call her then. Thank you both super muchly :)

No problem... It's understandable... some people prefer women or men as docs... :)

If you had a YouTube account you might try asking Jessica.
She lives in the Pittsburgh area.
I don't know if you have one though so I didn't post the link.
