It comes highly recommended :) It's also tasty with half a mango tossed in, which is how I made it today. *sips happily*

Oh, you were asking about veggie recipes earlier, weren't you? I know loads and loads of them, and also know lots of great vegan cookbooks, if any of that would be helpful to you. :)

Any veggie recipes you can recommend would be cool. I can still make things with dairy and eggs, but no seafood.

Well, these are two of my definite favorites:

And caramelized cauliflower (cauliflower coated in olive oil and salt, cooked at 400ºF and tossed until golden brown) or bellpeppers are always tasty, too.

I'm a big fan of tofu and use it for all kinds of things--tofu scrambles, stir-fry tofu, marinated and as a topping on pizza. But there are other great proteins, too, like any type of beans with the right herbs and spices. It really all depends on what you're interested in cooking-my trouble with recipes is usually trying to figure out which one I want to make because they all sound so tasty! So are there any specific ingredients/meal time preparations (i.e., looking for quick recipes or...?)/etc. that you had in mind?
