Tana had ended up, during her walk around the ship, inside weapons and possessions. There was a little locker with her things in it, and she hadn't really gone through them there. She tossed them into her purse, and brought them to the obs deck for further inspection

Probably not her best opening line, but considering her other run-ins with Superman had been because Superboy was in dire straits, could she be blamed? "Sorry, hi." She looked a little sheepish. "It was brand-new when I got it. Good to see you, Superman."

"You should see the ones later on." he said, trying to make small talk. "Are you feeling alright, though? I'm... sure you've heard about what happened..."

She looked up and shrugged a bit. "But, I imagine it could be worse, so I think I'll be okay." She wasn't exactly a shrinking violet, after all. "I guess now I have to find a different niche than 'nosy reporter'." Tana smiled a little bit at Superman.

After a little bit of searching (and a brief wish that her Brainy was still awake so that she could have him try to locate Tana Moon's omnicomm), she finally found the human on the Obs Deck, playing with some sort of electronic device. She double-checked the picture that Kon had given her to confirm, then tucked her omnicomm away.
It still took her a few moments to get up the nerve to approach.
"Excuse me," she began politely, "you are Tana Moon, correct?"

"Thank you very much, I'd be glad to." Not sleeping in that... creepy, fleshy capsule bed would be a nice change. Tana smiled to put Jeka at ease as her other hand put the phone back in the purse. "How long have you known the Kid?"
