AUGRAAAAAAAUGHNRAARG!

Dear School, WHY SO TERRIBLE?

Today I tried to register for classes. Mostly, it went ok, except for two major snags. First, the system wouldn't let me sign up for one of my required CogSci courses (an issue that took calling the school to fix, and I should be able to sign up tomorrow). Second, they deleted one of my needed ( Read more... )

In church once the kid next to my mom started picking his toenails and chewing them (he was definitely old enough to know better). And then she had to hold his hand for the Our Father. Thank goodness for hand sanitizer.

His FEET?

I understand the hand sanitizer feeling. My brother chews his fingers and nails throughout the whole service- I always feel really, really awkward when it's time to pass the peace. :/

Yes, his feet. And prior to the toenail-chewing, he was wearing sneakers without socks and it was horrible.

WAT.

I mean- I could .maybe. justify the chewing if he were wearing sandals... (ok, that's a lie. But it would still make more sense) Ew.

The original plan was that I'd save all my electives for fourth year and have an easy year. Also, there are 6 possible linguistics classes for my degree I can take for second year (originally I was signing up for four, now I only have three), and another 6 possibilities for third year linguistics courses. To have none of those six available, and only one possible kind-of-degree-related program... Augh.

But! Signing up for devpsych is a definate possibility. Thanks!
