Many of my friends are at Prom right now. I'm not. Do I wish I were? Not at all. (Fun statistic: 95% of the senior class is going. That's... I have no idea if that's good. Hmm.)

So, the senior luncheon today was people talking at us. I can now go to college secure in my advice to "Just do it!"  and in the meantime I'm going to have to wonder why

Maybe Joe never had good public speaking skills? (I've never heard him speak publicly.)

And for the record, the UConn campus is physically beautiful as well. I don't know that I would say the people are. There are a lot of fat drunks and slutty drunks and loud drunks and rude drunks and stupid boys and dumb girls. But the campus is really beautiful, and tucked away, where nobody notices, there are a few amazing people.
