One by one, they slide to the floor like discarded costumes, limbs flopping weakly about as they collapse into crumpled heaps of clothing, flesh, and viscera.

Some unfortunate soul is going to be in for a surprise the next time they visit the kitchen, for guarding the doorway now is an odd-looking creature. three heads, six arms, and the same number of legs. A gruesome gargoyle made of human bones.
