Well, the squids are from Saturn, but it amuses them to have business interests of this sort. I don't think Yaz knew that they were among the higher-ups when he got the job.

The thing is, they're almost always harmless. It's just that they're creative, and they have zero concept of this while "rude to mess with folks' heads" thing.
