Tony and Pepper go shopping in a mall. Pepper goes into a lingerie shop and finds something she likes. When Tony disappears, the executive board of Stark Industries takes legal measures to have him declared dead after a few weeks, even if no body was found.
So, Tony's will is read and surprise... he left everything he owns to Pepper!
Three months later, Tony comes back.
