Hmmm. Tricky.

I suppose you could just give him other, last minute, non-purchased, personalised gifts... (I am not going to specify).

However I noticed with my child's pre-natal growth, my partner didn't really feel like being involved with that sort of activity (mores the pity).

You could both drive out to a very special place and spend some quality outside time. Perhaps a massage?

I dunno, but keep us posted :-P

Those sort of gifts would be appropriate, but he gets those on many many days that are not anniversaries :-) I'm actually not doing too badly. My libido is naturally high enough that I still want to get pretty active. It's been a little interfered with over the last couple of weeks with the whole orgasm = screaming-abdominal-alien-birth-style-cramping thing, but sex seems to help with that. And it's been interfered with over the last few days by work stress levels and constant nausea. But I have plans to remedy that. As soon as we're both awake at the same time.

"Happy anniversary darling, I microwaved you some fish sticks"

As only as it was done from the bottom of your heart?

Congratulations to you both

I *loves* that usericon. Awwwwww -squee!-

Doz said I could probably get away with the line because, well, I was known for being quirky, and that was certainly quirky. But I didn't try it -grin-. We did however have fish sticks for dinner -laughs-. I've given up on being vegetarian for the duration of this pregnancy. While I'm still mostly not eating meat, I'd be eating on average one (small) serve daily now. Which, while I partly regret the slide into convenient-and-brainless-purchasing-of-protein, is keeping me relatively sane and healthy so I figure as a short term thing it's not bad. And still below the meat consumption of most people in this country.

The icon is of Rex one of the strays who used to live in the same neighbourhood as me. I really should put up the complete photo as it's one of my favourites.

I don't know, do fish sticks count as protein? or even meat? They are a bit like burgers or sausage, processed goodness :P

You could also get away with that comment because Westly loves you very much and understands you :)
