The man in the suit is Raven, who happens to be on the comm as well. And the lady is Carmine. Or, at least, that's the name she was going by the last time I heard from her. There's also Azrael, but the site didn't have the right accessories to make a doll of him.

Yes. They're really very nice people, despite what their jobs entail~. Especially Raven. If you see a man around the comm with the screen name wastedscales, you should make sure to say hi. I think you two would get along rather well~.
