Friday and Today

We had about eighteen trick-or-treaters on Halloween night. I think that's less than last year and the reason may be because my pumpkin blew out during prime trick-or-treating time and I didn't discover it for a while. It was pretty windy outside. I just stopped handing out candy , we still do our pumpkin for the kids but this year I didn't even decorate.Sad really this is one of my favourite celebrations.

You don't get any trick-or-treaters, or you just don't answer the door when they come by?

Halloween is often disappointing for people who really love it. Some people get all dressed up and hardly anyone shows.

We don't GET anyone, were at the back end of a crescent, and the front end has no houses that celebrate so kids don't bother coming down this far.

Yes, different neighborhoods have more or less trick-or-treaters. Some houses get a hundred visitors or more! That would be a little overwhelming for me.

The underside of the top of my pumpkin was scorched. That seems to always happen.

We had 12 this year, compared to 0 last year, i think it is because we had a lighted pumpkin.

I guess advertising really does pay off!

Patty's pretty hilarious. Her facial expressions look human, which makes it all the more funny. ^__^
