Ugh, what the hell? I think 250 gigs would be okay, but then again I'm not sure how all this translates depending on how many hours you browse/what you download. It still pisses me off though, because you know every other provider is going to end up following suit if these ones can get away with it.

Also, as far as I know my university and most other universities/colleges/etc. provide their own internet, so you probably won't have to worry about caps as long as you're still leeching off your school's network.

Yeah, but most universities I know of ban downloading. Torrent files, for example, don't work on the UCLA network.

who even thinks of this except for people out for money in any way possible?! seriously, having it in schools is understandable because it just slows everything down. but when you pay for it yourself it shouldn't matter.

this will probably just lead to people stealing other peoples internet in the area. overall TW is loosing money i think.
