Oh, but you do know there are at least three groups in the lower level, dedicated to the task of protecting people, don't you? Those with power, those without--it matters not~.

There are many, however, that pose threats and problems to others. Certainly, we do not grant them their powers back for it, as everyone maintains their basic defense and attack skills and, as you noted, powers can be earned back.

So why would I want you to be an exception~?

I doubt those groups know Zoisite's temper and how to best duck when there is a hail of ice crystals incoming

Honestly though, yes, I am aware of what happens when one breaks the rules. I have seen Beryl unleash her fury before.
