Now if I understand what Zoisite and others have been saying, one regains their powers by passing tests, performing acts, or the like. In keeping with the spirit of such, I should like to request my powers back. The problem is that we have Zoisite and Nephrite in the same dimension which means they will attempt to kill each other at every turn or simply drive me insane. To prevent either of these things happening, I should like to have my powers back, so I can effectively send them to their rooms or at least scare them both back into submission when they start up. Either outcome fits with my needs although I do appreciate the beauty of the second more.
Also, this situation is further complicated by the fact that Nephrite is without his powers while Zoisite has his. This is a rather unprecidented moment for us. Unfortunately because he's Zoisite, he will torment and annoy Nephrite until one of them snaps and tortures the other to death in the slowest and loudest manner possible. I doubt you gods want such happening, so giving me back my powers could be considered a preventive measure.
And should I see the opportunity to help someone with my abilities in the future, I am sure I will do so. Completely. Someone has to stay down here and keep the monsters from attacking while everyone else is only concerned with moving up in the world.
