Some pictures of the pyramids in Giza, Cairo. Never understood why the souvenir peddlers offers miniatures of the pyramids in 3 sizes, small, medium, large, until I saw the pyramids myself. It seems that largest was built first by Qufu I think and out of deference to his father, the subsequent pharaoh built a smaller pyramid for himself and his son

He He He I didn't get the pyramid souvenirs which I thought as being to kitschy and I have seen some on sale back in KL !!! (^_^) I heard that souvenirs from Istanbul are quite interesting.....care to enlighten ?

Oooohhhh....I like turkish delight, fragrant, soft yet firm, sweet and fluffy....yes the turkish are delightful and it would be such a waste to let them expire..LOL Pyramids are only good as paper weights...maybe obelisks would make a more interesting gift as pointed out ( no pun intended ) by soveren....hehehhehee
