I couldn't agree more. I am hanging in there because I love the cast - they're all really good actors, and I like watching them even when the writing infuriates me.

Yeah, sigh. I fast forward through the episodes. And what the hell are they thinking adding more characters and guest stars? They have a large cast already and can't give them all storylines. So why the new people? And they all have love interests and all want to be famous (what? Not a teacher, social worker among them?). And seriously, Rachel Berry has had her life planned out since she was winning dance contests as an infant and she is super organized. She should have applied to and been accepted at numerous schools already. Not just putting it all on the line for NYADA, a school she just learned about. And really? A teacher just changes classrooms/subjects in the middle of the year?

If I didn't have a giant crush on Matt Morrison I would have stopped watching/fast forwarding through this show months ago. Sorry for the rant.

I came to a realization some time last season, I think, that it's gotten to the point where I WATCH Glee for the cast members who can act and the occasional great line/scene, and I READ Glee fanfic (or have discussions with like-minded friends) for the actual stories I want to see.

Once I acknowledged the arrangement? Much more at peace with the craziness that is being a kinda-sorta pseudo Glee fan. ;D

Haven't watched Glee since 3x03 so all that you are writing is news to me but I have friends on my Twitter feed who still did and I watched as they one by one abandoned the show. I even tried to watch all eps I missed several weeks ago and gave up after 20 min. HOW DID I MISS BEFORE THAT ALL OF THESE PEOPLE ARE SO STUPID?!?!
