I made a new Red Sox icon. I realized I write about sports in here all the time, and the only sports-related icon I had was the Syracuse Orange. The Red Sox won tonight, and the Yankees lost, so all is well in MLB. :-)

I looked for you in the stands in these pictures -- http://sportspagemagazine.com/images/WNBA/2006/StingvsMonarchs-070106/DSC_5329resize.html -- but it was not easy, considering that I was working from the "Toryn as Simpsons character" reference.

The attendance was reported as 5,493, but judging from the pictures, they must've counted the same people 10 or 12 times.

I heard some tickets to that game were being sold for $4 as an Independence Day promotion!

WNBA tickets are already the greatest bargain in organized sports, the defending champions were in town, prices were reduced to $4, and they still got 5,000 people?!
