Swim Therapy

I am having all these weird mysterious pains lately, mostly in my lower back, and where my right leg joins my hip. Tonight I thought it might feel nice to go in the pool. I've lived in this development for 3 years and had never been to the pool. And my theory was correct, it did feel good. I don't really swim, exactly, but all the leg kicking

I'd heard of it because my co-worker had it when she was pregnant, but I didn't really know anything about it. I am looking it up now, it sounds like maybe that's what it is. Thanks!
