This morning I made myself run after going to a BBQ last night where I did shots of tequila.  I drank tons and tons of water at the BBQ and before I went to bed, and tossed and turned all night, and finally got out of bed bleary-eyed at 6:45am.  My roommate had offered to bike next to me so I wouldn't be alone, but Sunday morning at the harbor is
